Ben Cirba is a licensed real estate professional, earning his license in 2025 after building a strong foundation in property management and leasing. Prior to real estate, Ben spent several years in senior leadership as a store manager for a large national retail brand, where he led teams, managed complex operations, and developed a disciplined, results-driven approach to client service.

Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Ben relocated to the Pittsburgh area for school and chose to stay after developing deep roots in the region. His background gives him a unique perspective on both the operational and human sides of real estate. Understanding properties as assets while never losing sight of the people behind the transaction.
