- Shadow buyer consultations and showings
- Learn contract writing and transaction flow
- Build prospecting skills with guidance

- Participate in team training and coaching
- Build toward independent client management
Who This Is For
Newly licensed agents (less than 1 year experience, hasn't closed a transaction yet, recently passed the exam, or currently in licensing school). You're eager to learn, coachable, and ready to put in the work to build your career.
