For licensed agents ready to build a serious sales business. You'll receive team-generated lead opportunities, comprehensive training, and the transaction support systems you need to focus on what matters most: serving buyers and closing deals.
This is our primary recruiting position. If you're licensed, motivated, and ready to put in the work — nights and weekends included — we'll give you the platform to grow.

- Team-generated lead opportunities
- Follow Up Boss CRM training and coaching
- Transaction systems and support
- Buyer consultations
- Showings
- Contract writing and negotiation
- Follow-up expectations
- Accountability and goal-setting
- Nights and weekends — part of residential sales
- Commission-based independent contractor structure
