About This Role
Not quite ready to handle 100+ leads, write contracts independently, conduct consultations, or negotiate inspections on your own? A Showing Agent / Agent Apprentice role creates a lower-risk entry path into real estate.
You'll learn the business hands-on while contributing to the team — and gradually take on more responsibility as you build confidence and skills.
What You'll Do
- Shadow buyer consultations
- Conduct showings (once properly licensed)
- Attend inspections
- Help with property walkthroughs
- Learn Follow Up Boss CRM
- Learn contracts and transaction flow
- Prospect and build your pipeline
- Gradually receive leads as you demonstrate readiness
Who This Is For
Agents who are licensed or in licensing school but not yet ready for full independent production. You want to learn the business hands-on before taking on the full responsibility of a buyer agent role.
Your Growth Path
